If you're a weekend warrior looking for a bigger audience, now's your chance! This will be your day to showcase your specialty.  This will be the day to make rumors of your skills become legendary. 

It is our goal to make sure every "Cook" station will have an Egg to cook on. We will also provide your tent, prep tables with tablecloths, chairs, ice for coolers, hot and cold water for washing and rinsing, dish soap, hand sanitizer and napkins.

We ask that you bring everything you need, and conduct your sample station in a manor meeting Health Safety Standards. 

Besides food, we kindly ask you bring gloves for food handling, foil trays and foil, utensils, paper plates, plastic forks and spoons, toothpicks, paper towels, cooler or ice chest, and meat thermometer.

Each DEMO EGG you'll be cooking on will come with a Kick Ash Basket, plate setter, ash tool, charcoal, and fire starter cubes.  "Cooks" are responsible for bringing their own smoking woods, racks and holders, baking stones and skewers.
